Video recordings and images captured by the nCare Medical Video Recorder and sent to the Electronic Health Record systems by the VaultStream server software are only intended for documentation of medical surgical procedures and for the exchange of information and are NOT to be used for diagnosis or treatment.

Based on a weighted average, studies have shown that using NBI technology allows physicians to visualize lesion boundaries, NBI technology is not intended to replace histopathological sampling as a means of diagnosis.
