The Soltive SuperPulsed Laser is an all-in-one platform for lithotripsy, soft tissue and BPH. Designed to have a small footprint, the platform is an eighth of the size of other Holmium YAG laser systems.*
This surprisingly compact system offers the broadest range of settings for fragmenting, dusting, fine dusting of kidney stones and various soft tissue indications including the treatment of BPH.
SOLTIVE can fit on a standard O.R. cart and can plug into any standard wall outlet. By comparison, commonly used high-powered Holmium YAG laser systems consume more energy, require higher voltage outlets, and can weigh over 400 lbs.

SOLTIVE is powered by a novel energy source and is capable of dusting stones in half the time and fragmenting stones relentlessly with virtually no retropulsion. For effective dusting and fragmentation, the tip of the laser fiber should be 1-2mm off contact with the stone. Continuous irrigation should be used to wash away stone fragments and to provide cooling of the treatment site. As with all surgical lasers, lower wattage settings are preferable especially in close proximity to the ureteral wall as tissue damage can occur. As with non-laser surgery, the possibility of complications and adverse events, such as ureteral strictures, tissue inflammation, tissue necrosis, or infection may occur following treatment.
