The VISERA ELITE III Imaging Platform is a compact, multispecialty imaging platform designed for laparoscopic diagnosis, treatment, and video observation. TYPE BF endoscopes connected to this imaging platform must never be applied directly to the heart. Leakage current from the TYPE BF applied part may be dangerous and cause ventricular fibrillation or otherwise seriously affect the cardiac function of the patient.
The EVIS X1™ CV-1500 Video System Center combines a video processor and 5-LED light source in one box, resulting in a compact and lightweight design.1 The CV-1500 features multiple special observation modes that support physicians during endoscopic procedures. In addition to conventional white light and Narrow Band Imaging™ (NBI™) technology, the CV-1500 offers three other enhanced observations to help improve diagnostic and therapeutic capability:
The EVIS X1™ endoscopy system is not designed for cardiac applications. Other combinations of equipment may cause ventricular fibrillation or seriously affect the cardiac function of the patient. Improper use of endoscopes may result in patient injury, infection, bleeding, and/or perforation. Complete indications, contraindications, warnings, and cautions are available in the Instructions for Use (IFU). TXI, RDI, NBI and BAI-MAC technologies are not intended to replace histopathological sampling as a means of diagnosis.
Intraoperative endoscopy is an effective mitigation strategy for anastomotic leak prevention. When paired with infrared fluorescence technology, surgeons can assess anastomoses and staple lines endolumenally for mechanical failures, as well as laparoscopically for real-time perfusion assessments.
The use of incompatible/non-validated equipment with the ESG-410 electrosurgical generator can lead to excessive/incorrect HF output. This can result in thermal injuries or death to the patient, and the operator as well as damage to the system.
The POWERSEAL™ Sealer/Divider was built on a foundation of form and function you're used to, then enhanced to provide an improved ergonomic experience13 and accommodate your surgical preferences and technique.
