The clinical performance you expect driven by Absorbable Modified Polymers (AMP®) technology to offer hemostasis flexibility and higher and longer lifts.
Gastrointestinal bleeding can create complications during endoscopic procedures and pose significant patient risks without an effective method of hemostasis. Olympus hemostatic powder, probes, injection needles, forceps, and clip fixing devices deliver demonstrated performance and full compatibility with Olympus endoscopes for hemostasis in the GI tract.
See how Olympus’ new EndoClot® PHS and SIS technologies are raising the bar higher, longer and with precision.
Contact salesEndoClot PHS is an advanced powder hemostat that is applied during a procedure using controlled, consistent air pressure intended to provide more control of delivery. It is indicated for use in combination with other conventional techniques, such as clips, for large and diffuse bleeds, such as those occurring in peptic ulcers, post-biopsy, polypectomy, tumor bleeding, post EMR and ESD.
EndoClot PHS is designed to be applied directly to the targeted site without reduced visualization, allowing further therapies to continue during the procedure. If needed, EndoClot PHS can be easily irrigated and re-applied multiple times during the procedure as a hemostatic control device, without reducing visualization.*
AMP particles are biocompatible, non-pyrogenic and starch derived and contain no animal or human components. The ability to easily irrigate with water during procedure provides flexibility for use for bleeding control.*
AMP offers:
The EndoClot Air Compressor provides consistent air pressure to propel powder to the bleeding site.
The EndoClot Air Compressor:
The Applicator is comprised of a powder/air mixing chamber, a delivery catheter, and a connecting tube.
The EndoClot Applicator:
Performing hemostasis within the GI tract is a technically demanding procedure and use of EndoClot PHS and associated devices may result in patient injury including but not limited to inflammatory reaction, bowel rupture and air embolism.
Contact salesTreatment with gastrointestinal endoscopy has evolved rapidly. From polypectomy to endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), and now endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), treatment has become both more effective and less invasive.
The addition of the EndoClot Submucosal Injection System (SIS) to Olympus’ ESD/EMR family of products, is intended for use in gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures for submucosal lift of polyps, adenomas, early-stage cancers or other gastrointestinal mucosal lesions, prior to excision with a snare or other endoscopic device.
EndoClot SIS is designed to deliver a long-lasting mucosal lift with higher elevation and easy delivery. This technology approaches lifting differently by being composed of Absorbable Modified Polymers (AMP®) Technology derived from plant starch.*
More Elevation:
EndoClot SIS offers a longer, and higher lift compared to Eleview® submucosal injectable composition.1
Unique Technology:
SIS is currently the only spiral syringe with an injection solution that offers accuracy during delivery.
Specially Designed:
With a specially designed spiral syringe, SIS can be delivered to the targeted area accurately; SIS offers a high lift which may create mucosal separation allowing for easier dissection.
For GI Efficiencies:
SIS uses the same proprietary AMP technology base as in EndoClot PHS.
Clean Pathology:
SIS does not leave artifacts that may cause abnormalities during pathological investigations.

Use of a lifting agent during EMR/ESD/POEM and difficult polypectomy and the associated devices may result in patient injury, bleeding and/or perforation.
Olympus is committed to providing cutting-edge medical technology that not only helps to improve procedural outcomes and uphold patient satisfaction but also to enhance operational and cost efficiencies. Our offerings extend beyond the product sale to provide endoscopy support, enabling you to better care for your patients.
